A Warm Welcome from Our Headteacher
I am pleased to introduce you to Bankside School an Independent Special School dedicated to supporting autistic children and young people aged 11-16. We are a small, nurturing and supportive community.
The school is set in beautiful surroundings offering a purposeful learning environment to support young people re-engage with their education and build plans for successful futures. We work hard to provide a variety of bespoke learning opportunities in smaller class environments catered to the student’s individual needs.
Our school is led and run by an experienced team of education professionals. Our holistic approach provides a combination of academic, therapeutic, enrichment opportunities which all come together in preparing our young people for adulthood.
As always, the school’s doors are open and we welcome parental visits at any point, we only ask that you book an appointment in advance with the school office.
